The Panasonic UX180 belongs to the class of Professional camcorders, that can be used for high-quality video recording, particularly in the broadcasting field. The camera is based around a small 1.0″ Type CMOS Sensor. The camera can record high resolution 4K video, with options like DCI 4k at frame rates varying from 24 fps up to 60 fps. You can switch between 50 fps and 59.94 fps which are similar to PAL and NTSC. Thanks to this the camera works with almost any sort of broadcasting system available.

Some other features include a 20x optical zoom to allow for viewing distant objects. There is also a 16 Axis Color Correction Function for stronger and more natural color correction that other cameras normally do not provide. There is a 3.5 inch OLED touchscreen placed on the back of the camera to allow you to monitor every setting as you work. Also placed on the camera is a 1.77m dot LCoS 0.45″ full color viewfinder for intuitively your frame.
