OVERVIEW
Designed for creators working in home studios, livestream rooms, and compact sets, the Halo 200x Bi-Color LED Monolight from amaran is a reliable all-metal 200W light for everyday shoots. This point-source COB fixture is brighter than the previous amaran 200x S, outputting 10,530 lux from a distance of 3.3′ at its native and wider 85° beam angle. Just as the Halo 100x, the 200x version has a variable CCT from 2700 to 6500K and high color accuracy ratings, which enable flattering warm and cool lighting results. Control its settings with instant, one-tap pairing to the amaran app via built-in NFC and power the fixture using a single 16.4′ long AC power cable. The Halo 200x has a classic all-in-one monolight design and retains a reinforced full-size metal Bowens mount for wide compatibility. Larger than the 60x and 100x models, the amaran Halo 200x still has a space-saving footprint for growing, clutter-free studio setups.
